Juicing is not a time saver. In my experience it takes the same amount of time to do each step- prep produce, juice and pour into containers and then clean. When I juice I like to have enough to make two batches of juice. Juicing one recipe/batch is a little of a waste since prep and clean up don't go any faster. Any more than two batches and I won't drink them before they lose their nutritious value; which for my juicer is about 2 days. Some juicers claim to juice in a way that keeps the juice fresher, better longer.
I do like simple juice recipes that lend themselves to a little leeway. This juice can be great with just pineapple and kale. Adding a little more to it is simple and fairly fool proof.

- 1 bunch kale, about 6-8 leaves

Juice all produce, stir, pour into containers or serve immediately.
