I spent the Fourth of July weekend with my two oldest besties. We seems to be playing the game of impossible schedules this spring and summer. An in-person visit was way overdue.
Before fireworks and funnel cake, we made flower crowns. I've loved seeing these whimsical floral tiara's become popular. I've always wanted to make one, but it didn't seem to be something one does alone or without an event to wear it to. I had all the equipment on hand, the sturdy wire and green tape. For flowers I picked up a $5 bouquet from Trader Joes and cut flowers from around the yard. There are many, wonderful flower crown instructions on the internet, I'm not going to even attempt.
